Where does Supet ship?

Supet ships everywhere in the United States, excludes remote areas such as Alaska and Hawaii, overseas addresses such as Puerto Rico and Guam, and APO/FPO military addresses. Domestic orders over $50 qualify for free shipping. We also ship internationally to any location accessible via UPS. International shipments do not qualify for free shipping and associated import fees apply.

Supet also ships to 11 other countries: UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland, Ireland, Belgium, Sweden, Netherlands, Turkey.

How much does shipping cost?

For US:

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders $50+! Under $50, your shipping rate is calculated at checkout. Nothing stands between you and your order except 5-8 business days. Need it sooner? We got you. Just select Expedited (3-5 business days) shipping at checkout.

For subscription purchases, a $3.9 flat rate shipping fee will be applied unless the total cart value of both subscription and one-time purchase items are over $50. Please note that your recurring subscription orders will be charged a $3.9 shipping fee.

For other countries:

Shipping costs vary for different countries, you can see the specific information when checking out.

How long will it take my order to ship?

For US:

Supet offer two shipping options. Standard express delivery takes 5-8 business days, and expedited delivery please choose UPS, which takes 3-5 business days.

For other countries:

Only standard express delivery is provided. The delivery time varies for different countries, about 7-15 days. You can see the specific information when checking out.

How can I change my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email service@supetpetsupplies.com, or call phone 3029325472.

Please note that our business hours are Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We will do our best to accommodate any change requests, but cannot guarantee that updates will be made before your order ships.

For pre-orders, changes or cancellations can only be made during the pre-order period.

How can I check the status of my order?

Tail wagging in anticipation? Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification, which will provide a link to order tracking details. Occasionally, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to provide tracking info once your order ships. If you still have questions, reach out to service@supetpetsupplies.com.

Returns and Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

Unused or unworn items can be returned within 30 days for a refund, just contact us by email:service@supetpetsupplies.com.

It is at our discretion to accept or deny a return or exchange for items outside of these parameters. If you have any questions, you can reach out to our SUPET team at service@supetpetsupplies.com. All returns and exchanges are subject to a restocking fee.

For all international orders, please reach out to service@supetpetsupplies.com to receive details on processing a return for a refund. International orders cannot be exchanged.

Please note, orders of $400 or more are final sale and are not returnable. If interested in placing a wholesale order, please contact our team at service@supetpetsupplies.com.

How do I make a return or exchange?

Please email us for any returns or exchanges you need to make within 30 days of your delivery. You will receive a prepaid shipping label, and once we receive your return back at our warehouse, you will receive your refund. Please note, all returns and exchanges are subject to a restocking fee.

Warranty

What is your Warranty?

We’ve worked hard to create a set of essentials that are durable and lasting. That’s why nearly all of our items are protected by a limited one-year warranty. Sure, wear and tear happens, especially when pets are involved, but If the items you’ve ordered aren’t performing as they should within a year of purchase, we’ll fix or replace them free of charge.
